Ben is an Associate at MMPS in the Corporate and Real Estate Group. He represents the firm’s clients in a variety of real estate matters, including the representation of private lenders and financial institutions in various types of financings for the acquisition and development of commercial and residential properties. Prior to joining MMPS, Ben was an Associate at Reiss Sheppe LLP where he represented clients in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial properties nationwide. He has experience drafting and negotiating various high-level real estate and corporate agreements. Ben received his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he served as a Articles Editor for the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal.
