• Review title and have knowledge of the current legal developments in foreclosure.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Must be a self-starter and have experience in taking control of their own caseload
• Must have Law Degree and NYS Bar
• Auto needed to commute to office and travel to various Courts on occasion

The Post Closing Paralegal is an essential part of quality control for Mavrides, Moyal, Packman & Sadkin LLP.

• Collect, prepare and diligently review all closing documents and packages
• Prepare closing packages and statements
• Review closed files and documents before being sent to lender
• Communicate with departments to collect signatures, documents, etc. making sure the package is fully completed before being processed to ship

• Experience in a Residential Lending Department preferred
• High School diploma or college degree required
• Fluent in Loan Doc, UCC 1 and UCC 3
• Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Suite
• Must have excellent research and writing skills
• Must be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing
• Demonstrated high level organizational skills for prioritizing workload
• Exhibits conscientiousness, dedication, self-discipline, and a sense of responsibility
• Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment

The Receptionist is the face of the firm – supporting all guests, customers, and employees of Mavrides, Moyal, Packman & Sadkin LLP by providing phone support, administrative tasks, and assisting with client service needs, doing so in a way that always best represents the brand and the firm’s values.

• Greeting clients and visitors and answering visitor inquiries with a welcoming demeanor
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office and/or notify company personnel of visitor arrival.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Maintaining and scheduling conference rooms
• Scanning, photocopying, printing, faxing and filing documents
• Prepare documents for FedEx and Postal delivery
• Ensure office and pantry area is tidy, presentable and well stocked
• Open and close office front area and conference rooms
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory of supplies
• Provide general support to departments
• Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested

• Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, administrative assistant
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (printers, etc.)
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
